UPDATE - 1/18/13 Done. Well, Done-ish. I had a problem with adding more than 99 themes in game. They are in the music folder, but the coding would not allow it. I made proper changes but it was causing issues, so for now here is the link for WrestleMpire Lite. Eventually I will add more attires, canvases and some fixes.

It is alot of fun IMO. You are not allowed to view links. So I got an itch to start playing some MDickie wrestling games the other day, namely Wrestling Mpire. Especially with the remix edition and the new HD mod that was done.

Best TEW2013 real world mods? I'm currently looking for a May 2015 with Global Force Wrestling in the database. The Real World modding scene is pretty.

But I found myself looking for some sort of legends mod. Sadly none exists. So that prompted me to begin working on one myself. You are not allowed to view links. The idea is to do a mod that spans from around Wrestlemania 1 and goes to about now. You can see how I have the federations laid out right now on the FB page.

I don't want to use real life textures but instead I wish to keep it as close to the 'Mdickie Style' as I can with hopes of giving it that Old School feel. --Updated 1/10/13--- In anticipation of the upcoming release, I will post some of the roster cards here as well, so you can see them, incase you are too lazy to go to facebook. Awesome, when I go home for lunch I will put up some pictures later and will put up some 'tutorials' I guess. Even though I am not an expert, far from, but I sort of know my way around the game abit now.

First thing you are going to want to do is go to You are not allowed to view links. And download WMHD 2.0. Install that, this will give you the full game and the mod I am working off of.

Now just go ahead and start the game, just to make sure it works. After that you can close out of it. Go to the directory that the game installed to and you will see folders setup like this: Characters Data Graphics Items Music Photo Album World Starting with Characters, this is where all of the body parts are located. (Never thought I would say that in a public forum, again) But with these folders you can add to or change whats there by simply copying the part you want in game to the folder and naming it appropriately.

For example the last arm is Arm59 I believe. So if you wanted to add a new arm you would simply make the texture you are working on Arm60 and add it to the folder. Same goes for the rest of the parts.

Data is where all of the wrestler and game data is stored. This we won't be modifying at all, but it is a good idea to make a back up just in case. Graphics is where the game graphics are located. All of the logos, menu buttons, promotion logos and others are here and again can easily be changed by simply making the picture you want to use named the same as the picture you want it to replace. For example, the WrestleMpire logo I made is now Logo01.png, Logo02. Homeland S04e01 Kickass. png and Logo03.png.

There is a logo that is called mdickie.png, which is now set for the WMHD logo but I could see us putting a nice WLF logo in its place. Items is for all of the items and weapons in the game. Self explanatory and follows the same model in terms of replacing the textures. Music is a tricky one that I used to know how to do but can't remember. The songs need to be at a certain frequency and in WAV format to work in game. I used to use Audacity to do it but I can't remember how to set it.

I will ask around though. I have quite a few themes already in the game for the mod already though, one I managed to find. Photo Album is for your screen shots.

To take an in game screen shot I believe it is F12. Sound is for all of the other sounds in game. World is for all of the arenas, rings and mats, etc. They are mainly broken down by promotions and again follows the same modding style. That's pretty much it for now anyway. Perhaps if you have a dropbox account I can share a folder with you and give you what I have so far.
