Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum. Try adjusting the grind settings on your machine and brew a pot of coffee. If you get the same resulting 'dispensing failed' message, your brew unit is most likely clogged and the screen needs to be cleaned. Take your screen out of the machine and clean it with warm water until it is cleared.
