The original driver for OEM cards is normally either supplied with the card, or available from the supplier (like the store or system integrator if it was built into a PC when you bought it). Perhaps you could contact the people you got it from to see if they have the files you need. Otherwise, you could try the file called SBAX_WEBUP_LB_2_08_0004.exe (use the search on the Downloads page to find it) to see if it works, though this driver isn't meant for that model.
