Multiseat Software Windows 10

Im looking for a software that splits a PC into 2 (controls separate 2 sets of keyboads and mouses). There are a few like SoftXpand or Aster Multiseat for windows 7. Windows 10 Forums the biggest Windows 10 help and support forum, friendly help and many tutorials that will help you get the most out of Microsofts latest Operating. ASTER is a shared computer access software solution and does not use thin clients and terminal stations, i.e. ASTER is analog of such multiseat. This Windows 7.

So I have been looking for a way to turn my 8 core with 2x 7950 and 16GB RAM into essentially 2 computers, or 2 simultaneous Windows sessions. D945plm Motherboard Drivers here. In the past I have created a Virtual machine and then on computer #2 I remoted in with GigE on both ends and I was able to play very basic games on computer #2 (which is 2003 year PC) and also stream video to it. Qualcomm 3g Wcdma M00201 Driver on this page. The issue is the GigE needs to be about 10 gbps to stream realtime and I can not go that route. So I ran across this software called SoftXpand and the reviews of it are really good for the most part.

Unfortunately it does not support Windows 8 but I am dual booting Ubuntu 12.04. SoftXpand allows you to turn 1 PC into multiple PC's each with their own mouse, keyboard etc. I believe it creates a limited terminal session in Windows so all games cant run on it due to the limitations of this. I have 3 PC's at home all networked but there are 4 heartbeats here and I am just looking for a cheaper alternative to just buying another PC. My PC can definitely handle it but I just need a way to get SoftXpand to work with Win 8 or an alternative of some sort, I could also do it with Linux but would rather not. Anyone have any ideas for what I am trying to achieve? How about something in the same ballpark? Possibly, you could also look at esxi5, or there is a thread on here dedicated to creating a virtual gaming pc but that runs windows on top of a linux platform.
