One smart guy surprised us a bit with his approach to the task. He realized right away that all teams had tasks regarding the chairs in the room. He tried to convince all (not just his team members) to move all the chairs out of the room to solve all tasks. But as he was not allowed to talk he actually did not succeed. However, he managed to remove one chair from the room leaving an odd number of chairs behind. Thus the one task could not be finished.

One might want to add a rule to make sure that objects must not be removed from the room. But then again, isn’t this just what happens in real life, too?
