Moved to the correct section. Next time look where you are posting. Since this is not Suggestions & Feedback. You can not enable Qa Flag on 4.60 CFW. You should of enabled it with rebug toolbox while on 4.21.

Just install Rogero Downgrader, then run toggle qa or use rebug toolbox to enable qa flag. Check the md5 of the.pup with this tool.

It is very easy to enable QA with the Rebug Toolbox on any CFW nowadays. Also, why wait for Rogero's 4.41 CFW??
