This might be a bug. During my DVBViewer Pro v4.2.1 upgrade/overinstall, I did a custom install (didn't need remote controls, weather icons, European stuff since I am in USA and using ATSC, etc.) and ran into 'This program requires Windows NT version 6.0.6000 or later.' It happened during the 'Registering DVBViewer COM Server' part. I have never seen this problem with v4.2.1 beta and earlier.
